Clean room, many TV channels, good air circulation with window, 1.4m deep clean swimming pool, private villa, calm and relaxing ambiance, beautiful garden, friendly staff.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! the peaceful location offers a calm and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated with a charming mix of traditional and modern design elements. the pool is well-maintained and the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon. the staff is friendly and helpful, and always happy to assist with any needs you may have. the breakfasts are tasty and offer a delicious taste of local cuisine.
The Wi-Fi connection could be improved to make it more stable.

The hotel offered affordable rates with unbeatable service. I really enjoyed the welcoming staff who made my stay quite pleasant. The room interior was a blend of modernity and tradition making it a unique experience. The hotel's location was strategic and easily accessible to all city attractions. The swimming pool was clean and quite big. I also really enjoyed the calm and relaxing ambiance of the hotel.
The breakfast was not the best experience. The staff preparing the meals seemed to be on training; hence it took them quite long to prepare the orders. The a la carte breakfast menu was also quite limited. I suggest they improve the quality of their breakfast service to make it commensurate with the quality of the other services they offer.

The hotel had a good size and was located in an accessible place close to restaurants and malls with easy transport access. The room decoration was also nice, and the staff service was polite and helpful.
The cleanliness level needs improvement as the room had a bad smell. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the water was yellowish, and the towels had a musty smell.
